Pagham returned to the top of Division 1 with a win over Shoreham, in a match either side could have won. Winning their 8th game in a row, the Lions were made to contest every ball by a Shoreham side who had yet to record a win this season. Wes Hallett retained his place in goal for the Lions, with both 'keepers kept busy throught the game. The visitors could have gone in front twice within the first five minutes, but Hallett's reflexes were sharp, and the game remained goal-less. Michael Frangou hooked a shot across goal, whilst Shoreham's Charlie Walker shot high and wide from range. It wasn't until five minutes before time that the opening goal did arrive, Charlie Walker struck from the right to give Shoreham the lead. Within five minutes Pagham could have equalised, but Frangou was adjudged offside to deny the Lions.

Carl Stabler chose to ring the changes for the second half, Matt Wood & Michael Frangou making way for Pip Turner and Dan Simmonds. The latter took only a couple of minutes to make his mark, starting Pagham on an attack that could have got the equaliser. In a further bid to get a goal, James Temple came on to replace Joe Booker, the defender unlucky to be taken off after another sparkling performance. Ross Woolf looked to add to his double against Sidley as he shot just over on the hour mark. Josh Clayman followed this up for Shoreham with a shot which went horribly high and wide. Pagham's first goal came with twenty minutes to go. A penalty for Scott Murfin was tucked away with ease. Three minutes later Ross Myers restored the visitors lead following a goalmouth scramble. THis set up a frantic last 10 minutes as James Temple showed great skill when latching on to a Dan Simmonds cross and lashing the ball passed Jamie Wytham in Shoreham’s goal. Temple then sealed the win with two minutes left with a header down from a corner.
